No. I also work for ‚commercial‘ companies – if they want to hire me for a good cause. This could be a project that want’s to do good or simply improving the lifes of their employes by some coaching about their passions or creativity training to get new perspectives and motivation. My intention is also not to judge non-social companies – it’s just that I get far more passionate, when the social aspect is given.
As you might notice in my CV I’m convinced that the right balance of head, hands and heart is crucial for leading a fulfilled, healthy and prosperous life and therefor be successful in anything you do. I believe that this balance is what the world needs.
That’s why for myself and others I love to bring these things together and bring some ‚light‘ and ‚lightness‘ to everyone I work with.
That’s why I like to work with and support clients that want to make a positive impact in the world with head, hands and heart.
My clients (sometimes have to) manage their ressources very wisely. But through my own experience by founding and co-founding many social initiatives I know their needs and struggles. And it’s my task to convince them, that my work – no matter if graphic design or trainings – is worth their precious investment.
I consciously choose prices that are both appreciating my work and time and at the same time considering the situation of my counterpart. I also sometimes work with alternative ‚energy exchange‘ concepts like exchanging work and work or work and goods (if my bills let me).
In 2012 I founded and led an NGO called „dieLICHTFABRIK“ for the development of projects that bring together creativity, social awareness and entrepreneurship. Out of this project the idea of the light’s agency as a ‚creative agency for good‘ emerged.
Because I am currently traveling a lot and meeting people from all over the world – and I want them to understand this page But I’m of course also working on a german version.
